As participants move over the different symbols that are associated with different instruments, the app will display the word in written form and users will get to hear the sound of the instrument being played.
This can help to encourage the development of speech and communication, as well as introducing students who are unable to communicate orally to the use of picture communication symbols as an alternative method of communication.
