Crossing the Road
Introduce users to picture communication symbols and teach them how to safely cross the road with this interactive app.
As participants move over the different symbols that are associated with a kitchen, the app will say the word out loud and show it in written form.
This can help to encourage the development of speech and communication, as well as introducing students who are unable to communicate orally to the use of picture communication symbols as an alternative method of communication.
